Location: Maxwell | Full-time, part-time

We are seeking a Creative Lead to define and drive the creative vision for our clients. You are an amazingly creative mind with a go-getter attitude, ready to inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. You have a natural eye for trends and cultures, and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that truly resonate with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for all projects.
• Lead and mentor the creative team to develop bigger and brighter ideas.
• Create mind-blowing presentation materials and effectively communicate the creative vision to clients.
• Work collaboratively with your team and other departments to deliver standout work.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to ensure our work is always fresh and relevant.

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful creative campaigns and projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for creating impactful work that makes emotional connections.
• Experience working with global tech brands is a PLUS.
