Role Overview
As the Creative Lead, you will :
- Lead and oversee all creative output across digital, social, marketing, and partner platforms.
- Supervise and mentor execution-level creatives (Creative Executives / freelancers).
- Ensure all campaigns, assets, and content are on-brand, timely, and high-quality.
- Work closely with the founder and business teams to translate strategy into actionable creative execution.
This is a leadership/execution oversight role - not purely operational, nor fully strategy-only.
Key Responsibilities
A. Creative Strategy & Execution Oversight
- Lead campaign ideation and execution (digital, retail, events).
- Approve content and visuals for social media, EDMs, website, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels.
B. Supervision & Mentorship
- Assign, review, and guide work of 1-2 execution-level creatives.
- Coach junior creatives on tools, style, and workflow best practices.
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards upheld.
C. Project Ownership
- Plan creative timelines for campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and business development teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize workflow.
D. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest improvements for creative workflows and asset management.
- Keep updated on trends, tools, and best practices in creative content for lifestyle/F&B brands.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in creative/digital marketing, with leadership or supervisory exposure.
- Strong design and digital skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalents).
- Proven experience managing junior creatives or freelancers.
- Confident in decision-making and giving constructive feedback.
- Experience in lifestyle, F&B, or premium product brands preferred.

- Campaigns delivered on time, on brand, with minimal rework.
- Execution-level creatives are guided and workload is managed efficiently.
- Creative processes and assets are organized and optimized.
- Reduced need for founder micromanagement on creative output.
