Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers across Singapore and Malaysia, with full accountability for all design and creative output
  • Own the creative ideation process from brief to concept, ensuring ideas are innovative, strategically sound, and aligned with both local market needs and broader regional objectives
  • Oversee the design and execution of branded and visual communications, including marketing campaigns, websites, video content, and digital and print assets
  • Set and uphold a high bar for creative excellence, ensuring consistency while continuously elevating the quality of all outputs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, UX/UI) across Singapore, Malaysia, and regional stakeholders to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and execution-ready
  • Provide end-to-end project oversight, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent workstreams across business units to ensure timely delivery
  • Remain hands-on in execution, actively contributing to design work while leading the team
  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, supporting both reactive and proactive opportunities across multiple markets
  • Continuously evolve team capabilities by introducing innovative ideas, tools, and ways of working, including the thoughtful adoption of AI

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design and advertising
  • Strong creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and quality
  • Proven experience in creative concept development and execution
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on creative capabilities across multiple industries and brand voices
  • Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining creative integrity
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive creative innovation
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered tools
  • Strong foundation in core design principles, including layout, typography, and visual communication
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows and outputs
  • Proven experience directing and executing photography and videography projects
  • Strong sense of ownership, with consistent delivery of high-quality work end-to-end
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple complex briefs simultaneously
