Thinklery Group is a Singapore-based edutech IP studio on a mission to become the Duolingo Jellycat of the world creating lovable characters, collectibles, and experiences that make learning joyful and meaningful.
Our work has already generated 3M+ organic engagements, reached 18K+ edutech users with a 28% conversion rate (industry average is 1-2%), and produced best-selling products at Science Centre Singapore. We are the lead creative partner for three national space exhibitions, have been approached by NASA (our first client!), ST Engineering, ArtScience Museum, OSTIn, and NUS, and are backed by NUS Enterprise, raiSE SG, and international investors. An astronaut has even joined our journey as a brand ambassador.
We are now hiring a Creative Intern to join our early team and help expand this momentum.
Responsibilities
- Create illustrations, merchandise mockups (like cute plushies!), marketing visuals, and exhibition assets for our IPs
- Refine AI-assisted artwork to ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality
- Support character and product design across IPs
- Produce visuals for social media campaigns, retail launches, and exhibitions
- Contribute to impact-driven projects that connect play, collectibles, and social change
Requirements
- Portfolio in animation, graphic design, or creative storytelling
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite or equivalent design tools
- Interest in education, storytelling, and experiential design
- Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative in a startup environment
- Bonus points if you have experience with social media content creation and management to assist in managing our digital presence
