The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Creative Growth Lead (Brands, AI) to drive end-to-end growth and performance for a cluster of key brands. This role is for someone with high autonomy, sharp taste and commercial instinct who sees AI as a strategic brand and business advantage.

- You execute most of your work with the help of AI agents and tools
- Generate insights, ideate and produce creative results using latest models
- Comfortable leveraging AI as a force multiplier, for instance by setting up automations and agentic workflows in the context of marketing, creative and growth
What you'll be doing:
Brand Ownership
- Lead and own the end-to-end strategy and execution of consumer-firstactivations to achieve brand and commercial targets
- Be a brand guardian across all digital, social, PR and outlet touchpoints
Social Media, Digital & CRM Marketing
- Own social strategy, execution and performance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, emerging channels etc)
- Conceptualise and produce high-impact, on-brand content shot on iPhone, with partner videographers, or powered by AI
- Drive CRM initiatives that deepen loyalty and lifetime value
- (Bonus) Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid media fundamentals
PR, KOL & Partnerships
- Lead earned media strategy to drive reach, relevance and brand authority
- Engage high-impact KOLs and creators aligned with growth objectives
- Forge strategic media and brand partnerships to unlock new audiences and business opportunities
Requirements
- Min 5 years career experience preferably in digital marketing or related, but not strictly necessary. Prior F&B, retail, lifestyle, hospitality or similar consumer categories a plus.
- AI native capabilities: you're familiar with and excited to learn more about LLMs, generative visual models and tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, Higgsfield, TopazLabs, Grok, Perplexity and others (to name a few)
- Proven ability to run campaigns and produce content that drives real outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of social platforms and performance tracking
- Able to manage multiple moving projects and stakeholders with quality
- Proficient in editing/design/AI tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Nano Banana, Kling, Veo etc)
