As we embark on a significant venue renovation, we are looking for a multifaceted creative to help us transition into our next chapter.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design & Brand Strategy
- Multimedia Content: Conceptualize and produce all visual assets, including EDMs, social media content, and physical collaterals.
- Content Management: Lead the content lifecycle by scheduling posts, crafting professional copy, and tracking organic performance metrics.
- Strategic Tools: Develop persuasive sales tools and presentation decks that align with marketing KPIs and brand aesthetics.
2. Digital Advertising & Performance Tracking
- Meta Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive leads and brand awareness.
- Performance Reporting: Consolidate data into concise monthly reports, providing actionable insights on ROI, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Ad Creative: Design and iterate on high-performing ad visuals and copy based on data-driven results.
3. Event Support & Backend Planning
- Enquiry Management: Serve as the professional secondary point of contact for online event enquiries, ensuring client leads are handled promptly when the Manager is away.
- Venue and F&B Coordination: Facilitate the backend logistical planning by drafting floor plans, while providing recommendations on F&B arrangements and setups to ensure they align with the client's vision.
- Renovation Milestones: Provide administrative and creative support for the planning phases of our upcoming Renovation Farewell or Grand Launch events.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing or creative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with photography, and platforms like Mailchimp is highly preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Must be a systematic problem-solver who can work independently while following strategic direction.
