Creative Director

This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role where you will be the ultimate owner of the creative vision and output, guiding winning pitches and solving complex business challenges through innovative communication strategies.

As the Creative Director, you will be the creative ambassador, responsible for:

• Creative Ownership: Define the creative vision, overall design, style, and tone for all projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept through finished product.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Deeply understand client objectives, interpret complex briefs, and develop holistic creative solutions cantered around the customer journey to drive measurable business results.
• Pitch Leadership: Consistently lead and win major pitches, leveraging exceptional storytelling techniques to communicate and sell your vision internally and externally.
• Innovation: Act as a constant innovator, staying ahead of global trends, new technologies, and cultural shifts to proactively push the boundaries of every brief.

Required Experience & Capabilities:

• 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum decade of experience in experiential agency, creative, or similar disciplines.
• Multidisciplinary Expertise: Proven conceptual experience across integrated marketing, live events, brand activations, experiential, design, content, and social/influencer marketing.
• Strategic Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, develop comprehensive customer journey mapping, and translate creative concepts into powerful communications.
• Client Relationship Mastery: Strong experience in client relations and management, acting as the key creative liaison between stakeholders, production, and third-party suppliers.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with an agile mindset, always willing to challenge the status quo and present solutions to roadblocks.
