Job Description

We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for a Creative Director to elevate our brand, packaging, and product branding and visual identity across supermarket and digital channels.

Campaign & Marketing Development

  • Direct the conceptualization and execution of advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee creative development for digital, print, retail, and in-store marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies that drive consumer engagement and sales.

Packaging & Product Branding

  • Lead packaging design and product branding initiatives from concept through production.
  • Ensure packaging and visual merchandising effectively communicate brand values and stand out in retail environments.
  • Guide the development of labels, product presentations, and point-of-sale materials.

Content & Digital Presence

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Direct food-related creative assets such as product photography, recipe content, serving suggestions, videos, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and supports marketing objectives.

Team & Project Management

  • Lead and mentor internal designers, content creators, photographers, and external creative agencies.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Establish and maintain creative processes, workflows, and brand governance standards.
  • Evaluate emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in creative, branding, advertising, or design roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Creative Director capacity
  • Experience within food & beverage, FMCG, consumer products, or retail industries is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of consumer branding, retail marketing, packaging development, and shopper behavior
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging digital content technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and executional excellence
