Role Overview

We're seeking an inspiring Creative Director (Copy) to join our agency's leadership team. You will guide our creative output, oversee client projects, and ensure our work consistently meets the highest standards of creativity and effectiveness while raising the agency's profile through award-winning, culturally relevant campaigns. And, in doing so, drive us to meet our dream of becoming the home where people and brands come together to influence culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with other Creative Directors to set and execute the creative vision for the agency.

  • Collaborate closely on integrated campaign development, leveraging your expertise in copy.

  • Jointly manage, mentor, and nurture the creative team, developing future creative leaders.

  • Work alongside account and strategy leads to exceeding client expectations within time and budget constraints.

  • Continuously elevate our creative processes and output.

  • Champion the use of AI tools across the creative process, from ideation and copy development to production, raising the quality and ambition of our output.

  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI capabilities and help establish agency-wide best practices that keep our creative team ahead of the curve.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Stay on the pulse of cultural trends and ensure the team is up to speed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of creative leadership experience, multinational agency background..

  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing impactful, innovative work for global brands.

  • Award-winning experience leading regional and local accounts in the FMCG, alcohol and luxury travel categories.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing creative teams in partnership with others.

  • Deep expertise in integrated marketing campaigns and that resonate across cultures.

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of copywriting as well as brand experience principles.

  • A progressive, hands-on approach to AI-assisted creativity, with genuine curiosity about how emerging tools can elevate human craft.

  • Thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
