Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative department and drive world-class creative output across all channels. This role requires a strong balance of creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on creative direction. The ideal candidate will inspire and manage multidisciplinary creative teams to deliver impactful, innovative, and effective campaigns that elevate our clients brands and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall creative vision, ensuring all concepts and executions align with the brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee and guide the creative team, including art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers, fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
  • Develop integrated campaign ideas and oversee the creative development across digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Partner closely with account management, strategy, and media teams to ensure creative work is strategically sound and performance-driven.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign directions confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay ahead of trends, technologies, and cultural insights to ensure creative innovation and relevance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Mentor and grow creative talent, nurturing a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and production partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of creative experience in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of producing award-winning or high-impact creative work.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital storytelling, and brand communications.
  • Strong creative vision with an ability to translate business goals into inspiring ideas.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of creative tools and production processes (Adobe Creative Suite, video production workflows, etc.).
  • A collaborative, inspiring, and proactive mindset.
