Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, andoptimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) andGoogle Ads.
- Drive return on adspend (ROAS) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) through structuredtesting and data-driven optimization.
- Develop compelling adcopy and coordinate with the content team to produce effective creatives forcampaigns.
- Manage and updatelanding pages and website content to ensure a smooth and optimized customerjourney.
- Implement SEOstrategies to improve organic visibility, including keyword research andperformance tracking.
- Monitor campaignanalytics and provide regular performance insights and improvementrecommendations.
2. LiveCommerce & E-Commerce Operations
- Plan, organize, andmanage live selling events and collaborations with live sellers or influencers.
- Coordinate promotionalcampaigns and activities to maximize visibility and sales during live sessions.
- Manage and optimizee-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify (product listing,pricing, and promotions).
- Collaborate withdistributors and partners on digital sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor e-commerceperformance metrics, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree inMarketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2-4 years ofexperience in digital marketing,e-commerce,or live commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of paid media(Meta, Google) and SEOfundamentals.
- Experience managinge-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Excellent coordinationand communication skills for managing partners and live selling events.
- Analytical,detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-drivenenvironment.
