Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to craft high-impact social media content across paid and organic channels. This role is key to elevating our clients brands through static visuals, short-form videos, motion graphics, and more. The ideal candidate has a sharp design eye, a strong digital mindset, and a proven portfolio of social media work.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Design engaging static posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Translate brand guidelines into visually striking social media assets.
- Ensure creative consistency across formats while pushing for innovation.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh creative ideas.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly on designs.
Trend & Platform Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Experiment with new design approaches to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Understand platform-specific requirements and optimise designs accordingly.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organise and maintain design files and assets for easy access and handoff.
- Deliver high-quality work on time and within project scope.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience designing for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and video work.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving creative needs.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with social media paid ad formats and specifications.
- Ability to analyse creative performance and optimise designs for better results.
