We're seeking a skilled 2D/3D Designer to join our creative team in developing innovative concepts and designs for events and exhibitions. This collaborative role calls for both strong artistic vision and hands-on execution. You'll be instrumental in transforming ideas into immersive, visually compelling environments that leave a lasting impact.
Role: Creative Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop 2D or 3D design mockups
- Collaborate with project managers to refine concepts and ensure feasibility
- Work on-site during installation phases to troubleshoot design adaptations if needed
- Stay updated on design trends and apply them creatively to festive themes and spatial layouts
- Prepare mood boards, sketches, renders, and detailed production drawings when required
- Interpret and fully understand project briefs, managing projects from conceptualization through to final execution
- Maintain strong organization and reliability, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and develop graphic directions, creative concepts, and project specifications
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate self-initiative, responsibility, motivation, and strong creative flair
- Contribute positive energy to the team with a genuine passion for events and exhibitions
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events design, spatial design, or related fields
- Passion in Events and Exhibition designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work
- Proficiency in designing software
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator for 2D design needs
- This role requires onsite work
- Creative thinker with good time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in retail or hospitality environments is a plus
- Basic knowledge of fabrication materials and processes
- Motion graphics or animation skills is a plus
