Job Description

About The Role

A hands-on creative designer role focused on elevating StraitsX's brand through high-quality, compliant, and compelling visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints for an institutional audience.

What You Will Do

Design across multiple formats: social, email, infographics, motion (GIFs), print (e.g. event backdrops and merchandise)
Develop visuals aligned with brand and regulatory standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, employer branding, and product teams
Manage external vendors for large-scale creative production
Support video and multimedia efforts when needed
Ensure consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment

What We Are Looking For

5–7 years of design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience in fintech / payments / crypto or similarly complex industries
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
Stablecoin or crypto-native experience
Motion design and video production exposure
Experience working with regulated or institutional brands
Familiarity with AI design tools
