We're looking for a creative, visually driven Creative Designer Intern to join our team.
You'll work closely with the Founder, Account Manager and creative team to bring ideas to life across BBS and our clients brands.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to make things look good, but can think about why a design works, how it communicates an idea, and how to make people stop scrolling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design social media content, carousels, stories and campaign visuals
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual executions
- Develop visual directions, moodboards and references for campaigns
- Assist with branding and brand identity projects
- Create marketing collaterals for both digital and print
- Support the development of ad creatives and campaign assets
- Assist with simple motion graphics and short-form content where required
- Adapt designs across different platforms and formats
- Work closely with the accounts team to understand client objectives and feedback
- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute original ideas
- Research visual trends, brands and campaigns for inspiration
- Ensure every piece of work remains consistent with each client's brand identity
Who We're Looking For
- Currently studying Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia or a related field
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other relevant design tools
- Able to work across different brand styles rather than having only one design aesthetic
- Interested in branding, advertising, social media and creative campaigns
- Someone who actually has ideas - not just someone who waits for a design brief
- Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines
- Open to feedback and willing to experiment
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
- Edit short-form videos
Bonus If You Can
- Create motion graphics
- Assist with photography or videography on-site
- Develop illustrations or custom graphic elements
A portfolio is required for this role.
Experience is a plus, but good taste, curiosity and creative thinking matter more to us.
