About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to join our Global Creative team. You will drive and manage creative design projects, providing high-quality visual solutions for a wide range of online and offline marketing activities. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong autonomy, a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and exceptional execution skills to ensure all visual output is compelling, brand-consistent, and effectively meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Project Management: Drive and manage creative design projects in collaboration with Product and the wider Marketing teams, providing high-quality visual solutions for online and offline marketing activities (e.g., social media campaigns, product launches, advertising assets, official websites, and physical events).
- Visual Material Creation: Envision and realize design work for various promotional materials, including posters, brochures, banners, H5 interfaces, IP characters, product packaging, and presentations.
- Strategic Visual Communication: Deeply understand business needs and user psychology to propose forward-looking and impactful visual creative strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure visual output is highly consistent with the brand tone and style, and actively contributes to the improvement of conversion rates and user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- 5+ years of work experience in visual design, brand design, or a related field, with a mature portfolio of successful projects.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and mainstream design software like Figma/Sketch.
- Proficiency in 3D design or video production capabilities is a strong plus.
- Excellent ability to generate creative ideas and apply logical thinking; capable of accurately interpreting a brief and independently completing the entire process from concept to final execution.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and a team spirit; able to clearly articulate design concepts and effectively incorporate feedback.
- Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with team members in Chinese speaking markets.
- Passionate about design, possesses a high sense of responsibility and resilience, and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
