We are now hiring a Full-Time Digital Marketing Designer to join our team.
Job OverviewWe're looking for a creative yet strategic designer who understands both aesthetics and performance marketing.
If you have strong Canva design skills, a solid portfolio, and a marketing-focused mindset, this role will be a strong fit.
You will work closely with the founder and team on real client campaigns, landing pages, social media content, and agency branding.
Key Responsibilities- Design static ads, social graphics, banners, and marketing materials for Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Create high-performing visuals based on marketing angles and conversion strategy
- Maintain and grow our social media presence with consistent content output
- Brainstorm and produce viral-oriented, Gen Z-style video content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Produce simple video edits (CapCut or similar tools)
- Support internal branding assets like pitch decks, website graphics, and client proposals
- Take ownership of design projects and manage deadlines independently
- Assist with ad-hoc creative and digital marketing tasks
Must-Have Requirements- Diploma holder (preferably in Design, Media, Marketing, or related fields)
- Strong design portfolio showcasing Canva or relevant design tools
- Good understanding of marketing psychology and ad angles
- Ability to design for corporate brands with clean, professional standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of visual consistency and creative direction
- Ability to think from a marketing and customer perspective
Good-to-Have Skills- Video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- WordPress / Elementor experience
- Exposure to digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
- Basic web development or UX/UI familiarity
