About the Role

We are seeking a CRM Lead to oversee the entire user operations and user outreach journey, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial and growth goals. The ideal candidate will mentor and lead the team to build and implement an automated outreach system and an effective user reactivation mechanism. This role requires a thorough understanding of user behaviour, operational efficiency, and strategies to enhance user lifetime value and activity through refined operational tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trend Insight & Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of global design trends and maintain a high level of sensitivity towards visual and experience directions. Connect forward-thinking design languages and creative methodologies with real business needs. Propose breakthrough design concepts, and drive the rapid implementation and continuous iteration of innovative solutions.
  • Business Understanding & Goal Alignment: Deeply understand business strategies and product objectives, and participate in key planning phases. Leverage data analytics, user research, and competitive insights to identify design opportunities. Formulate quantifiable, actionable design strategies and high-quality solutions.
  • Design System & Standards Development: Lead the creation and continuous evolution of visual guidelines, methodologies, and evaluation standards. Build a scalable design system tailored to financial product experiences, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms, product lines, and global markets.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team of visual designers from different countries. Foster a culture of openness, creativity, and excellence, empower designers to grow, and elevate the overall craft and output of the team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with product designers, product managers, brand, and marketing teams. Use clear design thinking and structured communication to align goals and drive outcomes. Lead the creation of new design languages from 0 1, and guide the evolution from 1 N to establish unified, scalable, and market differentiated experience standards across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • More than 7 years of design experience and over 3 years of team or project management experience; experience in the finance, payments industry, or with large internet products is preferred.
  • Profound understanding of global design trends, Design Systems, and brand visual evolution, coupled with mature practical methodologies.
  • Possesses excellent aesthetic judgment, visual expression skills, and innovative ability.
  • Strategic thinker with systemic thinking capabilities, proactive mindset, and ability to coordinate across functions and drive outcomes.
  • Advantageous to have an international mindset and deep understanding of international design language and multi-cultural user experience.
