The Creative Copywriter / Producer is a senior-level creative who translates business needs into high-impact, audience-first creative work. With 68 years of experience, the role drives end-to-end creative production for acquisition and reach campaigns from strategic briefing to final output. The ideal candidate combines strong creative copywriting craft with marketing strategy and project management.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Creative Leadership & Execution
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated creative assets across digital, social, video, OOH, and print.
- Maintain creative consistency while adapting content to suit diverse audience segments and platform
- When working with external agencies, provide constructive and creative feedback to elevate the quality of output.
2. Creative Brief Development
- Translate complex business and marketing objectives into actionable, inspiring creative briefs.
- Ensure briefs are audience-first, aligned with full-funnel marketing strategy, and tailored to campaign goals.
- Partner closely with editorial, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing teams to integrate creative with content and acquisition strategies.
3. Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as the bridge between business, editorial, and creative functions, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
- Manage complex, fast-paced projects with tight timelines, delivering high-quality creative assets across channels.
- Collaborate effectively with external agencies, in-house creative resources, and production partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 68 years of experience in advertising, creative production, or brand marketing.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, with ability to link creative execution to acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention objectives.
- 4A agency background or experience in large-scale/multinational organizations, with proven success managing complex, time-sensitive projects.
- Strong expertise in digital and social ad platforms and channels, including paid search, social media ads, programmatic, and video platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Able to use project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
