Job Description

Content Producer / Creative Coordinator

Green Kitchen is looking for a hands-on Content Producer / Creative Coordinator to help drive our content, creative production, and growth marketing execution.

We are a healthy meal delivery and wellness food business looking for someone who can turn campaign ideas into strong content that drives awareness, trust, engagement, and sales.

This is not just a social media posting role. You will work in a small team with an editor, interns, a performance ads manager, and the CEO to create consistent, high-quality content across Instagram, Meta ads, email, website, and partnerships.

You do not need to be the main videographer or editor, but you must understand how strong short-form content is structured and how to guide the creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Turn campaign ideas into video concepts, shot lists, and shoot plans
  • Plan hooks, storytelling structure, captions, pacing, transitions, and on-screen text
  • Direct videographers/photographers during shoots
  • Coordinate food, products, kitchen team, talent, props, locations, and timings
  • Work closely with the editor to turn raw footage into finished content
  • Manage interns and give them clear tasks for shoots, content prep, research, and posting support
  • Work with the performance ads manager to create content for paid campaigns
  • Help prepare assets for Instagram, Meta ads, email, website, and partnership campaigns
  • Study food, fitness, wellness, and creator-style content trends
  • Keep the weekly content calendar moving
  • Ensure production timelines and deliverables are met
  • Work closely with the CEO to turn business priorities into content that helps grow the company

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in content production, social media, creative coordination, video planning, or short-form content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Shorts, and creator-style videos
  • Good eye for food, lifestyle, wellness, and social-first content
  • Able to visualise how a video should be filmed, structured, and edited
  • Strong sense of hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and audience attention
  • Organised and able to manage shoots, people, timelines, and deliverables
  • Comfortable giving direction to videographers, editors, interns, and talent
  • Basic editing and copywriting ability is a plus
  • Food, wellness, fitness, e-commerce, or F&B experience is a plus
