Job Title: Creative Content Production Manager - Fashion

Location: Singapore

Your New Company A fast‑growing lifestyle brand operating at the intersection of fashion, retail, and culture is expanding its production leadership team. The organisation delivers integrated creative and physical experiences across campaigns, digital platforms, retail environments, and collaborative projects, and is seeking a seasoned production professional to strengthen execution excellence across all touchpoints.

Your New Role As Production Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end production across creative content and physical brand experiences. This is a hands‑on, solutions‑driven role that blends creative judgement, logistical expertise, vendor and contract management, and strong cross‑functional coordination.

You will oversee everything from campaign shoots and digital content to pop‑ups, retail activations, collaborations, and consignment initiatives-ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to a high creative and operational standard. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign, Editorial & Digital Content Production

  • Lead full production cycles for photoshoots, video content, lookbooks, and social media assets.

  • Manage logistics including schedules, casting, location sourcing, crew booking, permits, travel, and call sheets.

  • Partner closely with internal teams to align production execution with creative direction and campaign objectives.

  • Oversee post‑production timelines, asset delivery, quality control, and usage rights compliance.

2. Retail, Pop‑Ups & Brand Experiences

  • Manage production of pop‑up spaces, in‑store activations, and experiential builds.

  • Source and manage venues, suppliers, contractors, permits, and temporary staffing.

  • Lead contract coordination and negotiations with landlords, vendors, and event partners.

  • Work with retail and visual teams to ensure executions meet branding and operational requirements.

3. Collaborations & Consignment Projects

  • Oversee production logistics and asset delivery for creative partnerships and collaborations.

  • Manage contracts, deliverables, and rights usage in coordination with legal stakeholders.

  • Support consignment projects from sample handling to external partner coordination.

  • Ensure all contractual, timing, and approval obligations are met.

4. Budgeting, Contracts & Resource Management

  • Own production budgets from planning through reconciliation, balancing cost control and quality.

  • Negotiate vendor rates and manage service agreements and production contracts.

  • Track expenses and work with finance teams on payment processing and reporting.

  • Draft, review, and manage production‑related contracts aligned with internal policies.

5. Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central production contact across marketing, creative, retail, PR, finance, logistics, and legal teams.

  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum across multiple timelines.

6. Workflow & Post‑Production Optimisation

  • Establish best practices and production frameworks to improve workflows and efficiency.

  • Oversee post‑production schedules, asset QC, and timely handover to digital and retail channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of production experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.

  • Proven experience managing both digital and physical productions (campaigns, shoots, pop‑ups, collaborations).

  • Strong understanding of production contracts, supplier terms, and legal considerations.

  • Well‑established network of vendors, contractors, stylists, and freelance creatives.

  • Proficient in production and workflow tools (e.g. Airtable, Trello, Excel, StudioBinder, planning software).

  • Excellent organisational, project management, and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
