ABOUT US
We're looking for a Creative Content Producer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. Someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, understands what works on TikTok and Instagram, and can adapt their creative approach across a wide range of industries.
As the social media landscape changes and adapts, this role puts you at the forefront of it. You'll be involved end-to-end, from concept to shoot to final edit, working closely with a collaborative team across diverse client portfolios under Krei Digital, as well as our more vertical video focused sister brand, Moon Social.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Adapt creative ideas to different brand tones, industries, and audiences while staying platform-native
- Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms across multiple industries
- Produce high-quality video and photo content for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
- Create strong static graphic posts or elements to support content, with a good eye for layout, typography, colour, and overall visual balance
- Manage video production from ideation to execution, including filming, lighting, direction, and post-production
- Stay ahead of content trends, viral formats, and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective
- Assist in storyboarding, visual direction, and content planning for various brand initiatives
- Collaborate closely with other creatives, account managers, and clients to deliver content that is both on-brief and on-platform
- Take initiative in proposing content ideas, formats, and improvements across ongoing campaigns
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in content creation, video production, or a similar creative role
- Familiarity with TikTok and Meta creative best practices, including short-form storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual trends
- Solid skills in video editing and post-production (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects or similar)
- Comfortable shooting on cameras and working with basic lighting and audio setups
- Strong visual instincts, especially in design, fonts, colours, and composition
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well across disciplines
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and attention to detail
