Job Description

This role will lead the development of impactful campaigns, oversee creative direction, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and a team of creatives, you will deliver innovative content and experiences that strengthen brand presence and engage audiences worldwide.

A globally recognized fashion brand known for its modern, minimalist aesthetic, offering stylish footwear, bags, and accessories designed in-house. It caters to empowered, fashion-forward individuals seeking elevated yet accessible everyday style across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative creative concepts and executions across marketing, social campaigns, brand activations, and content to achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and own the brand's creative approach, including design, art direction, motion/video, immersive experiences (AR/VR), gamification, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional market teams to develop cohesive content strategies across channels, platforms, and media.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide designers, photographers, and creative specialists to deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong and consistent global brand identity.
  • Work with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders while leveraging market insights, campaign performance data, and consumer trends to continuously evolve the brand's creative output.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in senior creative roles within fashion agencies, premium brands, or high-end creative environments.
  • A strong track record of leading large-scale brand campaigns, high-fashion editorial, and moving-image productions.
  • Demonstrable success in developing targeted creative strategies for diverse international markets (Asia, US, and beyond).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, typography, motion graphics, and a strong understanding of post-production workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the flexibility to travel and work across global time zones as needed.
