Role
Support the team in creating fun, on-brand content across social media and simple print materials. You'll help turn ideas into visuals and short-form content that's ready to post or send to print.
Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn (static posts, carousels, stories, simple reels).
Design basic print collaterals when needed (posters, flyers, standees, simple event assets).
Assist in brainstorming content ideas, hooks and visual directions for campaigns and monthly plans.
Adapt master designs into different sizes and formats (social, digital banners, print variations).
Edit short-form videos and motion content (trimming, subtitles, transitions, exporting correctly).
Support simple motion graphics using After Effects (basic animations, text kinetic type, logo stings, social GIFs).
Source and curate visuals (photos, icons, mockups) and organise assets neatly for the team.
Prepare files properly for output: social exports and print-ready PDFs (we'll guide on print specs).
Support on shoots or behind-the-scenes content when required (phone capture is fine).
Ensure everything stays consistent with brand guidelines and feedback is applied accurately.
Comfortable with Canva and Adobe tools (Illustrator/Photoshop preferred).
Basic After Effects skills (even student-level is fine, as long as you can execute simple animations).
Familiar with CapCut/Premiere is a plus.
Good eye for layout, typography and what looks current on social.
Fast learner, takes feedback well, and can manage multiple small tasks.
