Creative

Possesses deep understanding and knowledge of branding and graphic design.

Apply design thinking conduct conceptual exploration, including sketching, drawing and research findings.

Actively participate in reviews, ability to articulate and showcase design thinking skills, delivering the message clearly to the audience and able to execute own ideas.

Creativity:

. Familiar with brand foundations

. Look for new techniques to bring your ideas from concept ideas to final product

. Effective in ways of bringing design to life and communication of your ideas

. Creativity and a strong eye for design, typography, and composition

. Know where to spend time efficiently

. Proven ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at one time

. Direct or indirect contribution to pitches and day to day projects given

. Able to work independently with clear briefs and aligned directions with senior leads

Communication:

. Present ideas with passion and energy

. Connect strategy and rationale back to work

. Provide design thinking and not just executing

. Be at ease with client facing presentations

Technical skills:

. Proficiency in industry-standard software for design creation (Adobe Creative Suite)

. Basic knowledge on 3D modelling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) would be a plus point

. Basic knowledge of sound design principles

. Basic understanding of video shooting and photography

. Developed good knowledge and shortcuts to work efficiently

. Understand both digital and production techniques for design implications

. Explore in various softwares to expand your skillsets, willingness to learn
