About the Company

Connected is a personality-led parenting app helping families grow together. We deliver deeply personalized, story-driven content that supports children aged 49 in building confidence, empathy, and connection. Through playful cookies, comic panels, and expert advice, we help parents bring social-emotional learning into everyday life.

The product is in motion, and the pieces are coming together. Now, we're focused on crafting an experience that feels clear, warm, and beautifully simplefor both kids and parents.

You'll join a small, thoughtful team that values collaboration, curiosity, and design that quietly makes things better. If you care about the details, and how they make people feel, we'd love to meet you.

Role Overview

Reports to:Creative & Product Strategy Director

Level:Early (2-3 years experience)

The Mission

As the Creative & Product Strategy Executive, your mission is to own the 0-to-4 phase of innovation. You are the primary tunneler for the Creative & Product Strategy Directortaking high-level perimeters and North Star visions and populating them with the research, logic, narrative, and visual detail required to make them tangible.

You aren't just writing a brief; you are assisting in putting the pieces together that fit into the big picture. You will develop the strategic decks that allow the Director to align stakeholders and provide the shape of an idea so that our design and development teams can eventually take it to a finished 10.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Tunneling & Exploration

Populating the Vision: Take broad directions from the Director and deep-dive into the details. You will research market angles, explore feature mechanics, and stress-test the logic of a proposal.

Macroscopic Problem Solving: On an initiative-to-initiative basis, you will pivot between different lenses. You must be familiar enough with UI/UX, Branding, and Customer Experience to know which to prioritize depending on the project's goals.

User-Centric Logic: Ensure every creative decision is grounded in making the product engaging, enjoyable, and practical for users of our product.

2. Narrative & Content Production

Scripting & Copywriting: Develop production-ready scripts for video initiatives (e.g., partnership welcomes, expert chats) and initial drafts for a brand copy as they appear across multiple platforms (website, in-app content etc.)

Show-Running/Research: For content-led projects, you will prepare show notes, research talking points, and explore relevant creative formats that could be utilised for content we produce

3. Rapid Visualization (The Digital Sketchpad)

Concept Prototyping: Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual treatments that define the aesthetic vibe of a project.

AI-Assisted Workflows: We value the use of AI (e.g., Gemini/NanoBanana, Higgsfield) as a force multiplier. You will use these tools to generate high-clarity visuals for internal alignment and Stage 4 prototyping.

Note: AI is a visualization tool for development; it is not used for final production-grade assets.

4. Strategic Deck Synthesis

Brief Construction: Consolidate research, narrative, and visuals into polished, logically sound Keynote/Slides decks. These decks serve as the Source of Truth for the Director to present to stakeholders and other departments.

Who You Are

A Full-Stack Thinker: You have a background in Creative Agency Strategy, Content Production, or Product Marketing. You know how to take a project from a blank page to a structured plan.

Macroscopic & Adaptive: You can zoom out to see the brand story and zoom in to fix a UI logic flaw. You don't apply a rigid checklist; you apply what the specific project needs.

Tech-Forward: You are an early adopter of AI tools for creative work and are excited to find new ways to visualize ideas at the speed of thought.

Strong Communicator: You are an excellent writer and a visual storyteller who knows how to structure an argument so it is both persuasive and easy to understand.

The 0 to 10 Workflow

Stage 0 (Director): Sets the North Star, the perimeters, and the strategic objective.

Stages 14 (Your Domain): Tunnelling into the details, scriptwriting, AI-visualizing, and populating the strategic deck for the Director's review.

Stages 510 (Execution Teams): Once the vision is set at Stage 4, you hand off your blueprint to the Design and Engineering teams for high-fidelity execution.
