Crawler Crane Operator

Key Responsibilities:

. Operate crawler cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials as per site requirements for civil engineering projects.

. Perform pre-operation checks, inspections, and routine maintenance of crane equipment to ensure operational safety.

. Interpret load charts, job orders, and lifting plans accurately.

. Work closely with riggers, signalmen, and lifting supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.

. Comply with all MOM's regulations and safety guidelines.

. Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and inspections.

. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

. Adhere to project schedules and collaborate with site teams to meet operational deadlines.

Requirements:

. Valid Crawler Crane Operator Licence issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

. WSQ / BCA-approved training certification in crane operation.

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating crawler cranes on construction, marine, or oil & gas projects.

. Strong understanding of load charts, lifting techniques, and safety protocols.

. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying site conditions.

. Good communication and teamwork skills.
