Craft & Logistics Assistant (Permanent Part-Time)

Job Description:

- Supervising and coordinating crafting sessions, taking into consideration all concerns and needs of crafters

- Plan & organize weekly / monthly crafting sessions in advance with preparation of materials (includes sourcing and purchasing of materials where necessary) and arriving promptly for all sessions

- Ensure craft area is cleaned and organized before, during, and after crafting session is completed

- Post crafting session, to provide a summary of the session via whatsapp to the relevant groups

- Maintaining the Excel Calendar and Stock list by promptly updating the crafts made

- Work with crafters and staff on fulfilment of orders

Requirements:

- Passionate about crafting with seniors and differently-abled crafters

- Ability to engage crafters with energy and enthusiasm

- Ability to interact positively with crafters

- Possess knowledge and the ability to demonstrate craft

- Able to commit minimum 20hrs per week
