Seashell Academy is a fast-growing PSLE-focused tuition centre in Singapore, specialising in Chinese, Mathematics, and Science.

We work closely with families to design structured learning pathways and help students improve with clarity and confidence.

As we expand, we are looking for driven and responsible individuals to join us as Course Consultants.

About the Role

As a Course Consultant, you will be the bridge between parents and our academic team.

You will:

• Understand students academic challenges

• Recommend suitable programmes

• Guide parents through enrolment decisions

• Support long-term student progress

This is a consultative role in education.
It requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct academic consultations with parents

• Recommend suitable programmes based on assessment results

• Arrange and follow up on trial lessons

• Guide parents through enrolment

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Work closely with teachers and academic teams

• Build long-term relationships with families

Who We Are Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or PR

• Strong communication skills

• Confident speaking with parents

• Responsible, organised, and results-driven

• Willing to work on weekends

• Fresh graduates welcome (training provided)

Experience in education, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week

• Weekend work required

• Off days on weekdays

Salary & Benefits

• SGD 4,500 - 8,500 per month (Basic + Performance Incentives)
