Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Course Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Course Advisor will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment and achieving sales targets by promoting our diverse range of courses and programs. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand student needs and identify target segments.
Proactively reach out to potential students and build strong relationships.
- Sales and Enrollment: Present and promote MAGES Institute's courses and programs to prospective students, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about course content, schedules, and fees.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Provide excellent customer service and address student inquiries and concerns promptly.
Follow up with leads and students to ensure satisfaction and maximize enrollment rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and student interactions.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and lead generation activities.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and academic teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective student experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Represent MAGES Institute at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
