Job Description

. Manage and keep track of course enrolment status via Google drive on regular basis.

. Attend enquiries received via phone call and email to provide course information, promote relevant courses, and guide participants with online course registration.

. Liaise with trainers for scheduling of courses, training material and classroom setup.

. Manage the training calendar weekly scheduling and updates of activities on website. Reservation of training room and booking upon confirmation of workshop.

. Maintain up to date course run schedules and information on TPGateway system.

. Ensure confidentiality of business, stakeholders data under your care, compliance with PDPA, ethics and governance and maintain non-conflict of interest.

Requirements

. 1 year in training administration and related experience

. Digital marketing skills, website WIX and WordPress an advantage

. Communicate effectively, and comply with PDPA and audit requirements.

. Proficient in MS Office, familiar with virtual zoom and teams, google calendar.

. Good time management, customer service and interpersonal skills.
