Job Description

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of food orders.
  • Supervise delivery staff. Hire, train, and schedule riders or drivers.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams, aligning order readiness with delivery schedules.
  • Monitor delivery performances, track delivery time, accuracy, and customer feedback.
  • Handle customer issues and resolve delivery complaints or delays quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness during transport.
  • Plan efficient routes to reduce delays and costs.
  • Manage fleet or third-party services, oversee bikes, scooters, or external delivery partners.
  • Ensure compliance is abided by, follow food handling, safety, and transport regulations.
  • Provide updates on delivery performance, costs, and improvements.
