Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Technical Support Consultant to support a live Coupa production environment. This role focuses on system stabilization, issue resolution, and day-to-day user support. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Coupa expertise, a solid understanding of CoupaSAP integrations, and the ability to provide effective Level 1 application support in a business-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 application support for Coupa users, including issue triage and first-level troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve Coupa functional and technical issues in the production environment
- Support and troubleshoot CoupaSAP integrations, including interface, data flow, and transaction issues
- Analyze logs, error messages, and integration failures to identify root causes
- Work closely with SAP, integration, and business teams to resolve incidents efficiently
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams and coordinate resolution
- Support system stabilization activities, especially during peak business periods
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to build a strong knowledge base
Requirements
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules
- Proven experience supporting Coupa in a live production environment
- Solid experience with CoupaSAP integration (Finance and or MM preferred)
- Good technical troubleshooting skills, including interfaces, APIs, middleware, and log analysis
- Experience providing application support at L1 or L2 level
Soft Skills & Experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business users and technical teams
- Structured and methodical approach to issue investigation and resolution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational support environment
