Country Manager, Singapore

A leading global organisation operating at the intersection of finance, business and education is appointing a Country Head to lead its strategy and market engagement. This is a senior, externally focused leadership role offering significant autonomy, visibility and strategic ownership.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the Singapore operation, including a modest but meaningful P&L, market development, partnerships and team leadership. Acting as the organisation's senior representative locally, you will engage as a peer with senior finance leaders, employers and regulators, translating global priorities into locally relevant initiatives and strengthening long-term market presence and influence.

Requirements

This role is particularly well suited to a Chartered Accountant who has exposure beyond a traditional finance track into enterprise-level or market-facing leadership. You bring professional credibility alongside sound commercial judgement, are comfortable operating as a visible brand ambassador, and have a proven track record leading a mid-sized organisation or business unit. You are described as resilient, relationship-driven and confident in complex stakeholder engagements.
