  1. Craft and implement localized roadmaps that align with Ksher's regional vision.
  2. Own end-to-end operations—sales, marketing, compliance, finance, and administration—ensuring seamless performance and KPI achievement.
  3. Identify new markets and strategic partners, unlocking high-value opportunities that position Ksher as a digital-payments leader.
  4. Cultivate robust relationships with regulators and financial institutions to ensure compliance and long-term sustainability.
  5. Attract, mentor, and inspire top local talent—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Job Requirements

a. 10+ years in fintech, payments, eCommerce, or financial services—with at least 5 years in senior leadership. Cross-border or overseas experience is a plus.

b. Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent leadership training highly valued.

c. Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional Southeast Asia languages are a strong plus.

d. Strategic thinker, bold decision-maker, excellent communicator and negotiator, with proven adaptability in fast-paced environments.

e. Deep knowledge of Singapore's financial ecosystem, regulatory framework, and digital payments landscape.
