We are looking for a Country Manager who will oversee the overall business expansion of Heveya® in Singapore. 

Our next hire would ideally be a hands-on and all-around person, who has the drive to develop a business as if it were their own and grow with it. You will be part of the team shaping Heveya®s expansion in Singapore. 

How you will contribute:

·       Supervise all business operations in Singapore on multiple retail-locations as well as online E-commerce;

·       Motivate and support the Singapore team across Sales, B2B/BD, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and service excellence;

·       Design strategy and set goals for growth;

·       Monitor all current business practices and take charge to change current SOP;

·       Evaluate performance and productivity of sales activations;

·       Formulate strategic business plans for developing business opportunities both B2C and B2B;

·       Build & maintain long-term relationships with future and existing customers, chambers of commerce, media, and new business partners: Other Retail Stores, Interior Designers, Chiropractors, Hotels & Service Apartments; 

·       Oversee recruitment and learning & development for all employees;

·       Work together with marketing department for successful campaigns;

·       Prepare regular reports for upper management;

·       Responsible for the Singapore P&L;

·       Manage department store relationships  (TANGS, Takashimaya), ensuring smooth collaboration and strong sales results.

Who you are:

·       5 years experience in leading a sales focused organization preferred; 

·       Degree in Business Management or related field preferred;

·       Well-organized manager and leader who gets things done; 

·       Exceptional motivator, able to empower everyone under his/her leadership;

·       Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills;

·       Able to commit occasional Saturday and/or Sunday;

·       Eligible to work in Singapore;
