Country Manager - Data Center

What our Client is Looking For

• 10+ years of data center related experience in the APAC region with good understanding of Indonesia data centre market
• Proven track record in bringing in new customers and closing deals, ideally strong connections with Chinese enterprises and Chinese hyperscalers customers
• Strong business acumen with proven experience on managing P/L
• Experience with obtaining construction permits and liaising with government and energy agencies on obtaining necessary licenses and utilities.
• Experience with fast-track design/build projects and or multiple significant upgrade projects.
• Good understanding of data center site selection requirement and project development/ design and build mechanism.
• Experience in business negotiation with vendors, supplier, consultant and government agency.
• Possess leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated and highly dependable, requiring limited oversight.
