Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global investment management firmto appoint an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager to join their Singapore office. This is a key country‑level role within a highly regarded and performance‑driven organisation, offering broad HR ownership and close partnership with senior stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

This role will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR management across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, talent acquisition support, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll and vendor coordination, and HR policy implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the HR Manager will support people matters locally while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

The HR Manager will also collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams on shared initiatives, reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role requires a hands‑on approach and the ability to balance operational delivery with sound judgement and advisory capability in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.

The successful candidate will be a confident and pragmatic HR professional with prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, ideally within investment management, banking, financial services, or other highly regulated global organisations. Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while navigating complex environments are essential.
