Country Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business performance, market expansion, team leadership, and alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all country-level operations

• Develop and execute business and growth strategies

• Represent the company with key stakeholders and partners

• Oversee sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field

  • 5 years of leadership experience, including senior management roles

  • Strong understanding of the local market and business environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
