Job Summary:
Lead and grow the Singapore subsidiary by driving operations, strategy, and business development within an architectural design consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall business operations and performance of the Singapore entity.
- Develop and execute operational and growth strategies aligned with the firm's architectural design objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives by building strong relationships with developers, partners, and relevant government agencies.
- Lead project acquisition efforts and support sustainable revenue growth.
- Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure alignment on strategy, operations, and reporting.
- Provide regular updates to headquarters on financial results, operations, and overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-20 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management within the architecture industry.
- Proven senior leadership experience as a Managing Director or in an equivalent executive role.
- Strong track record in managing business operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated capability in business development, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with overseas headquarters in a cross‑border reporting structure.
- Holding a Board of Architects qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders, including the Japan head office.
