Job Summary

You will engage with customers to provide helpful product information, process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and attractive shop environment to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries.
• Promote and recommend Natural Wild Honey products to customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Operate the cashier to process sales transactions
• Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment to ensure product availability
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize product displays to create an inviting shopping environment
