Job Description

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the stores and assisting with the day-to-day operations if needed
  • Managing staff deployed to the respective counters
  • Planning of roster to ensure the most effective coverage of the counter maximizing the resources available to customer flow
  • Working with product management team on the sales mechanics and to conduct briefing to the respective stores
  • Ensuring sufficient stocks for all stores so that there will be operational and executional efficiency within the stores
  • Working closely with different stakeholders on the training requirements
  • Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
