The Job:
- Organise and facilitate group work, group therapy, support group and interest groups for Single Mother's Programme.
- Provide professional counselling services and case management/clinical assessment, and crisis interventions with clients.
- Conduct training for single mothers who are keen to be co-facilitator, para-counsellors/befrienders, survivor leaders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling programs on clients progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined objectives.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on therapeutic experience and knowledge.
- Collaborate and network with Supervisor and other staff members as part of clients treatment plans.
- Prepare and maintain client-related paperwork, including government-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes for Supervisor.
- Manage meetings and case conferences
- Conduct talks and workshops for internal stakeholders, external partners and clients as part of outreach and education.
- Familiar with the community and institutional setting and network partnership with various stakeholders, community organizations in planning and implementation of the programme
- Perform the daily operations of SMP.
- Assist with other relevant SCWO duties as assigned.
