Our client is a global technology platform with significant operations in the APAC area.

You will be joiningan established legal team in Singapore and with a focus on various product offerings through digital platforms/services.

Job Description

• In this role you will support product and commercial teams to support on a wide range of commercial matters that include contracts, regulation and new products.
• Transactions include the development and launch of Insurance products on a digital platform.
• Commercial work includes supporting teams with advise on various agreements that include customer contracts, distribution and cross-border sales/advertising.
• You will also support commercial teams with on-point and up to date regulatory advice.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 PQE
• Law firm training - Tier 1
• Open to candidates from both law firms and those with In-House experience
• Candidates with exposure to digital products, innovation, launch, distribution and regulatory oversight - preferred
• Singapore based role but with regional coverage
