Job Description

  • Performs costing duties under the guidance of Senior Cost Schedule Engineers
  • Provides costing assistance to the project, contracts and construction and management departments
  • Updates project database using Primavera Contract Manager and Primavera Project Management (P6).
  • Processes project Records of Change
  • Quantifies cost risk for school projects
  • Runs reports, reviews data and costs in conformance with District policies and procedures
  • Interfaces with District's Contract Specialists to ensure correct SACS cost coding and payment request processing of contractor and vendor invoices
  • Assists Project Managers with forecasting cost at completion
  • Assists in the financial closeout of projects and contracts
