Cost Engineer (MANUFACTURING MNC) - Central/Entry Level #HAO

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:

Spearhead cost estimation for bids. Coordinate with the various vendors as well as construction

sub-contractors and assist to achieve the best price for works & materials.

Collate techno-commercial information from all disciplines including process / mechanical / structural / piping, E&I etc.

Assist in preparing relevant documents for bid price approval from Senior Management.

Interact with a project engineers and discipline managers based on the project requirements. Prepare and maintain cost

database for multiple disciplines.

Participate in risk analysis and estimate the cost for each risk category for various bids & projects.

Assist in the preparation of the Cost Reports of various projects and update forecast cost & actual progress.

Keep data and records for various projects its estimated cost, actual cost, vendor & construction cost etc, for further

analysis and inhouse estimates.

Any other duties as assigned by Group Manager such as Project Planning & scheduling assistance etc.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Engineering or similar
