Cost Controller (Turnaround)

• Develop detailed cost estimates for each phase of the Turnaround preparation.
• Manage the scope change and control processes.
• Establish and implement standardized data gathering and storage techniques to ensure accurate actual costs and forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze event costs related to labor, materials, and third-partycontractors.
• Work with the Planning team to define contracting strategies, manage the bidding process, evaluate proposals, and facilitate contract awards.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure full understanding and compliance with Turnaround policies and procedures.
• Verify contractor claims and daily logs to ensure alignment with established contractual rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute and finalize the end-to-end Turnaround cost control process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Work experience in cost engineering, project control, turnaround project.
• Expertise on financial & operational monitoring, reporting, analyzing and forecasting.
