Review and approve all purchases to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses to support Sales personnel prior to project quotation submissions.
Take charge of procurement and contract administration for every awarded project.
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and issue payment certifications to subcontractors.
Monitor and manage overall cost control and drive cost efficiency across company operations.
II. Experience and Qualification Requirements
Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (QS).
Strong background in procurement and negotiation.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
III. Salary & Incentives
Competitive salary from $4,000 and above, depending on experience.
Attractive cost savings incentive scheme: savings of more than 15% from tender costing will qualify for incentives ranging from $300 to $2,000 per project.
