Manage and maintain the Company's inventory management system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless operational integration.
Continuously review and recommend enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the inventory system.
Act as the primary goods receiver across all five venues, ensuring all deliveries comply with established receiving procedures and documentation requirements.
Conduct weekly physical stock counts of food and beverage inventories, investigating and resolving stock variances promptly.
Verify the accuracy of stock transfers, inter-venue movements, and internal requisitions within the inventory system.
Review and evaluate asset purchase requests to ensure business necessity and prevent unnecessary expenditure.
Cost Management & Optimisation
Monitor food and beverage costs and collaborate with venue managers to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiencies.
Analyse inventory trends, wastage, and variances, providing recommendations to improve cost control.
Review entertainment, transport, and miscellaneous expense claims to ensure compliance with Company policies, approved budgets, and supporting documentation.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Lead procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, supplier evaluations, price negotiations, and contract management to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes.
Obtain and evaluate quotations for capital expenditure (CAPEX) purchases, ensuring value for money and alignment with business requirements.
Liaise with suppliers to manage beverage agreements, monitor incentive programmes and rebate targets, and follow up on the timely processing of supplier payouts.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service quality and favourable commercial terms.
Compliance, Controls & Systems
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and compliance measures to enhance inventory accuracy and strengthen financial governance.
Establish and maintain internal controls and operational processes to minimise risks and improve accountability.
Administer and maintain the Company's inventory, POS, and related operational systems, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and security.
Act as the key administrator for POS SKU creation, product mapping, and pricing updates, ensuring consistency across all venues.
Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology and automation to streamline inventory and procurement workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, cost control, or a similar role, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
Experience with inventory management systems and POS platforms is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools and automation technologies is advantageous, with the ability to leverage them to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
