Corporate Treasury Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Advisory & Support

• Provide strategic guidance on funding approaches for regional initiatives and day-to-day operations.
• Optimize working capital efficiency and enhance cash flow forecasting.
• Develop repatriation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Advise joint ventures on financial governance, ensuring robust oversight and alignment with corporate strategy.

M&A and Asset Transactions

• Collaborate with Business Development and M&A teams to support acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Analyze deal structures, valuation, cash flow implications, and tax considerations.
• Identify opportunities for asset optimization and enhanced financial performance.

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external financial regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with funding, asset transactions, and joint ventures.
• Partner with legal, tax, and risk teams to provide comprehensive oversight and control.
